When making the bank transfer, please state the family name of the delegate for verification of your registration.
For group registrations, besides of the company name, names of the delegates are also required.
Note that bank charges are the sender΄s responsibility. Bank transfer payments are only possible before May 8th.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations of confirmed registrations.
Replacements (=delegate name change) of confirmed registrations are subject to an administrative fee of 10€ per participant.
Please note: Early registrations fees are only available for those who register and make full payment before April 7, 2014. If you register and not make payment by April 7 2014, you should make payment for the late registration fees.
Pre-registration will close at midnight May 8, 2014. Thereafter the registration office will not be able to accept registrations online or by phone. Any delegates wishing to register after pre-registration is closed can register on arrival at the registration desk on May 12, 2014.
